About Me

I'm currently designing at Element, the largest publicly traded fleet management company, where I take care of the customer facing product, the client portal. Before that, I was at Fairmatic, an AI-powered commercial auto insurer that prices risk by how safely someone actually drives, and at Whatfix, a digital adoption platform used by enterprise teams at SAP, Cisco, and Microsoft. Six years, three companies most people outside the industry haven't heard of, doing work that ended up mattering anyway.

I grew up in a village that's still catching up on the tech most of my industry takes for granted, which might be why I keep ending up designing for people the rest of the field overlooks: drivers, claims adjusters, fleet managers. I never had to imagine what it's like to be underserved by technology. I grew up in it.

My dog vlogs for me and that's not a typo, that's just how it works in my house. Outside of the day job, I'm usually watching football, playing it, or getting into coaching it; picking apart a guitar riff; or building some small app with friends just to learn how a different industry thinks. I like understanding why something works before I decide whether to trust it.
